Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter in New York to lead end-to-end sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for engineering roles within the semiconductor sector. This 6–9 month contract requires strong stakeholder partnership, data-driven recruiting, and expertise with ATS and sourcing tools.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage SLAs, and drive offers to completion, while maintaining compliance and timely communications with candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience in semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and engineering profiles.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and onboard engineering candidates in semiconductors.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and documentation throughout recruitment process.
