Job summary

Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle in Fairfax, VA on an onsite basis. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Qualifications include a BA/BS, seven years in HR/recruiting, experience with NEOGOV and MS Office, and knowledge of employment laws. Travel to company facilities is required; EEO commitments are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in Human Resources or related fields, with recruiting experience at all levels.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, especially NEOGOV, and intermediate Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to company facilities.

Our client is a public, non-profit utility that delivers drinking water to over 2 million Northern Virginia residents through treatment plants and extensive infrastructure. The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for leading the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract top talent. This is a onsite contract position based in Fairfax, VA, paying $35 per hour.
