Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with Rebates, Fees, Pricing and Contracting teams and global support to ensure accurate workflow.
• Communicate with Sales and customers regarding rebate payment documentation.
• Prepare final customer-facing documentation of rebate payments and submit payment requests weekly.
• Utilize contracting management systems and SOPs to ensure timely rebate payments.
• Perform quality checks on payment information and related records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist other QA team members and manage multiple payment workflows with deadlines.
