Job summary
Labcorp is seeking a QA Engineer – Salesforce & Enterprise Applications to ensure quality across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems. The role supports test plan development, automation, data migration validation, and defect tracking in a second‑shift, one‑year contract.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of QA experience, 3+ years in Salesforce testing, and strong automation skills with Copado Robotic Testing. Excellent communication and collaboration are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud).
- 2+ years with Salesforce/Copado or related QA automation certifications.
- 2+ years in functional, integration, end-to-end, regression and negative testing.
- 2+ years in test automation (Copado Robotic Testing or similar).
- 2+ years in data migration/validation testing.
- 2+ years in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective to ensure they are testable.
- Identify gaps and risks early and collaborate with BAs, PO, and dev teams to clarify behavior.
