Vaco/Highspring is seeking an experienced Purchasing and Sales Admin to join our growing team on a temporary basis. You will work closely with vendors to build relationships and support the buying department.

This temporary role is based in Lexington, KY, and duties include managing purchase orders, pricing and quotes, resolving supplier issues, building vendor relationships, and performing basic customer service to keep procurement running smoothly.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced purchasing professional to join a growing team on a temporary basis. As a Purchasing and Sales Admin, you will be responsible for working with the team to build up the buying department.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

• Work directlywith vendors and develop new relationships
• Manage and maintain purchase orders
• Pricing and quotes
• Resolve supplier issues
• Perform basic customer service
