Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of licensure in NH to work in SNF / LTC. This contract position features a 5x8 days schedule and requires accountability for aligning with the organization's mission and goals.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of PT experience, SNF/LTC background, and current NH licensure or eligibility, with dedicated commitment to patient care and quality outcomes across assignments
