Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in NH to work in the SNF/LTC setting. This contract position offers a 5x8 days schedule with weekly pay and comprehensive support.

The PT will provide skilled therapy, document patient progress, and collaborate with the care team while upholding Centra’s standards of care. NH license or active licensure in progress is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
