Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in NJ, to work in SNF / LTC settings. This is a contract position and offers a 5x8 days schedule, with accountability to align with the organization’s vision and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience in SNF/LTC and a current NJ PT license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT). SNF/LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (NJ).
