Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of NH to work in the SNF / LTC setting.

This is a direct hire / permanent placement position. The role requires accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission, and goals while delivering high-quality patient care in SNF/LTC environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience in SNF/LTC.
• Active Physical Therapist license in NH or eligibility to obtain one.
