Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join its nationwide provider network. You will conduct live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications.

The role emphasizes whole-person, whole-family care and culturally responsive practices within a connected network. Providers will work in-person in Camp Hill with flexible scheduling, support for consultations, and access to Lyra’s care navigation team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in psychiatry with an unrestricted license.
• Active DEA license is preferred.
• Office space available to see clients in Camp Hill; US-based full-time residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based medication management during 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing longitudinal medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations; communicate with patients.
• Follow clinical best practices including measurement-based care and patient-centered approaches.
