Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in State College.
• US resident in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow-ups.
• Perform psychiatric medication management.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Adhere to evidence-based guidelines and measurement-based care.
