Qualifications

• Must have the ability to see clients in Phoenixville.
• Strong preference for clinicians with an active DEA license.
• Ability to provide care for a full range of diagnoses and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute video intake appointments.
• Practice medication management and conduct assessments.
• Construct and document patient-centered treatment plans.
