Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license in Tennessee, other states a plus.
• Strong preference for clinicians with an active DEA license.
• Ability to provide care to patients with a full range of diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management.
• Conduct psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans.
• Document treatment recommendations and prescribe medications.
