Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license in Illinois, other states a plus.
• Strong preference for clinicians with an active DEA license.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via video appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and medication evaluations.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications.
