Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract NPs or PA-Cs to provide evidence-based psychiatric care in a nationwide contract network. You will conduct intake evaluations, provide medication management, and follow-up for both adults and minors in a flexible, provider-friendly environment.

Lyra supports clinicians with a culture of culturally responsive care, streamlined scheduling, and access to a 24/7 Care Navigation team, enabling focus on patient care while minimizing administrative burdens.

Qualifications

• Must be PMHNP from CCNE-accredited program or PA with ARC-PA certification and psychiatry credentials
• Unrestricted US state license with no disciplinary action
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Preference for experience with minors (0-17) and in-person care

Responsibilities

• Manage psychiatric medication via intake and follow-up appointments
• Perform risk assessments and create longitudinal treatment plans
• Document treatment recommendations and communicate with patients
• Follow evidence-based medication guidelines to optimize benefits and minimize risks
• Care for both adults and minors (0-17) with diverse backgrounds
