Qualifications

7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in large-scale initiatives.
Experience across Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery approaches.
Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity.
Proven ability to influence and lead with/without direct authority.
Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to synthesize information for senior stakeholders.
Results-oriented with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent technical and operational projects with broad organizational impact.
Establish governance, plans, milestones, deliverables, and decision-making processes.
Identify, manage, and elevate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
Measure, track, and report KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes.
Set expectations with stakeholders and mitigate delivery risks.
Facilitate senior-level decision-making with clear reporting and data visualization.
Interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and executive discussions.
Improve project team performance through collaboration and continuous improvement.
Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate PM activities into sprint delivery.
Contribute to ongoing enhancement of PM frameworks and tools.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with accountability and sound judgment.
