Job summary

InterHealth Staffing, the for-profit staffing division of Tampa General Hospital, is seeking a Contract Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit at TGH Brooksville.

You will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and float to other units as needed on the Brooksville and Spring Hill campuses. Must have 2+ years of related experience and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Schedule is full-time with 3 shifts per week and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related work experience.
• Must have and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Must be able to work on any unit within the assigned division.
• Must work 3 shifts per week and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Directs and coordinates all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired outcomes.
• Will be required to float to other units at Brooksville & Spring Hill campuses as needed.
