Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Production Manager (Contract) to join the Head of Production organization on a temporary basis. You will help coordinate cross-studio priorities, improve production operations, and scale best practices across teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes collaboration with leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, manage reporting frameworks, and support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• PM experience in game development or publishing
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress in evolving situations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central initiatives across the portfolio and align with studio and company priorities
• Assist leaders and development teams in communicating challenges, risks, and opportunities

• Maintain alignment and accountability for leadership initiatives and surface risks
