Innova Solutions is hiring a Product Analyst / Associate Product Owner on a contract basis to support product strategy, backlog management, release planning, and cross‑functional coordination. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable requirements and drive successful delivery.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and Agile coordination skills, with hands‑on experience managing Jira backlogs and creating PRDs and user stories in an environment delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role supporting software development and product delivery initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting; and creating PRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and process flows.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, user journeys, and outcomes.
• Define product roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and create PRDs, personas, journey maps, and epics.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and non‑functional specs.
• Maintain Jira epics, stories, tasks, and workflows; lead backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Track sprint progress, risks, blockers, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Business).
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI tracking metrics.
