Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics and applying agile methodologies.
• Lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven success developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
• Experience in change readiness and/or change management.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to develop clear, engaging graphics.
• Proficiency in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Comfort with generative AI usage and understanding of its logic.
• Fluent in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across workplace design, technology, facilities, user experience, and strategy.
• Collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.
