Job summary

AgileOne is seeking a Product Analyst to own initial requirements and maintain documentation for defined product offerings, including Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement. You will translate raw requirements into design artifacts and collaborate with Product Managers to shape a vision that frames work items within the Product Development Lifecycle.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with UX and Development, testing support, and crafting competitive differentiators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3–7 years of software (SaaS) experience, with emphasis on VMS/ERP/CRM.
5+ years in product management, software implementation, or client services/customer success roles.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmaps for defined offerings in collaboration with Product Managers.
Lead feature design and execution with UX team involvement; prioritize tasks based on feedback.
Support cross-functional teams in gathering requirements from VoC, implementation, and client services.
Assist in writing detailed user stories and feature specs; manage backlog and execution.
Coordinate with UI/UX and Development to ensure feasible, accessible designs.
Monitor feature performance and drive iterations using metrics and feedback.
