Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Notary Public certification preferred or required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (titles, financing, pre-approval).
• Process contracts accurately by entering information into appropriate system.
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Provide guidance to hourly employees and ensure resources and schedules meet goals.
