Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to join a nationwide network that delivers evidence-based mental health care, including in-person options in Homestead, FL. The role emphasizes whole-person care within a connected provider network and easy access to care for patients.

You will conduct 60‑minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications while referring to therapy and coaching services as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA accredited PA program with PANCE certification.
• Unrestricted state license and active DEA license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice with psychiatry experience.
• Preference for additional certification or experience with minors.
• Must have office space to see clients in Homestead, FL.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60‑minute intake appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations, including prescribing medications.
