Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract psychiatrists to join its provider network across the United States. You’ll deliver evidence-based psychiatric care via live 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups, collaborating with Lyra’s integrated platforms to streamline referrals to therapy and coaching services.

This role supports diverse patients and emphasizes culturally responsive care within a connected network, with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space with ability to see clients in Lancaster.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document treatment recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
• Follow evidence-based medication treatment that aligns with clinical best practice guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care, patient-centered care).
