Job summary
Elite Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for contract assignments in Attleboro, MA. The role requires evaluating residents, planning and implementing treatment to improve mobility and independence in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current MA license.
- At least 1 year of PT experience in skilled nursing.
- Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.
- Able to pass background and drug screenings as required by law.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents' physical function, strength, balance, mobility, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait, balance training and other interventions.
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention.
- Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and resident outcomes.
