Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license as a PT or pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to meet patient goals.
