Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist for the 1st shift in Media, PA. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for testing, and maintaining strict safety and labeling practices in a fast-paced setting.

The onsite, four-month contract runs Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with occasional Saturday coverage. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; high school diploma required; phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform venipuncture and prepare specimens for lab testing according to procedures.
• Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling of tubes.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
