Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Batavia Township, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a contract assignment. The role involves drawing blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.

The position is a 2-month contract, onsite with a flexible schedule: Mon–Sat including multiple shifts. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience is required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform, with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
