Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Phlebotomist I for 1st shift in Avon, CT. You will collect quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, patient-facing role.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, phlebotomy skills, data entry ability, and flexibility to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. This is a 5-month contract with onsite work and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PHLEBOTOMY skills including pediatric and geriatric experience.
• Keyboard/data entry experience essential; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional patient environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing following established procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive patient interactions.
