Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipuncture.
• Label specimens and ensure accurate patient information.
• Centrifuge samples and process according to protocol.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain proper storage temperatures.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and complete yearly trainings.
• Answer inquiries and communicate results clearly to staff.
