Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Permitting Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas, for a contract role. You will manage and coordinate the permitting process for various projects, working with internal teams and regulatory agencies to ensure timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of permitting or project management experience, knowledge of real estate industry practices, and strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years related permitting or project management experience.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices, procedures and documents.
• Knowledge of the electrical utility industry desired.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Proven team-building and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation for permits.
• Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies to address any questions or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
