Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License required.
• SLP-CCC certification.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations (K-2 preferred).
• Comfortable conducting both assessments and student evaluations, developing and updating IEPs.
• Skilled in providing direct therapy services and maintaining effective documentation.
• Strong communicator, able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, students, and families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students.
• Develop, maintain, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide targeted, evidence-based direct therapy to individuals and small groups.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with staff and families to monitor student progress and meet communication goals.
• Manage documentation, report writing, and necessary compliance tasks within provided hours.
