Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, hybrid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Denton, MD. The position focuses on direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP support for K-12 students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in SLP, state license, and ASHA credentials (CCC preferred); school experience is a plus. Collaboration with district staff and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State License as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education Licensure as a SLP.
• National License: ASHA.
• Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities
