Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Paralegal/Contracts Associate to join our Sponsor Contracting team in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports Contracts Attorneys with contract review, confidentiality agreements, and processing executed contracts.

You will manage the contract database, assist with legal research, and draft termination letters while contributing to special projects and internal process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or bachelor’s degree with paralegal certificate.
• 0–3 years of paralegal/contract administration experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review sponsor and vendor contracts.
• Review confidentiality agreements.
• Send out executed contracts.
• Draft termination letters to vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for contract database.
• Provide contract process support to internal teams.
• Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
