Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of professional-level experience in health and human services.
• 1–3 years of professional-level experience in working with health and human services contracts.
• Working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Office products. Must also have a working knowledge of SharePoint and Citrix ShareFile as well as a knowledge of SmartSheet.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, manages, and performs the contract monitoring process.
• Reviews plans, reports, complex documents, records, and transactions to determine performance relative to compliance requirements.
• Gathers and analyzes data and information from Department and provider sources, including Departmental automated systems.
• Prepares correspondence and reports that meet standards for content and style.
• Gathers information from Department sources and incorporates necessary information into a written report.
• Completes, organizes, and maintains monitoring documentation in accordance with unit standards and record retention requirements.
