Responsibilities

• Prepares, manages, and monitors contract oversight process.
• Reviews contracts, statutes, laws, rules, policies to identify compliance requirements.
• Assesses provider performance against contract requirements.
• Collects data from Department sources and prepares written reports.
• Conducts meetings with Department and provider staff.
• Maintains monitoring documentation per standards.
• Produces correspondence and reporting materials.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Travels statewide as required.
