AWS's Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) team seeks an experienced Contract Operations Manager to support the Private Pricing Program. You will draft executable contracts within approved frameworks and drive strategic projects across global clients, joining the 3PX team within GDSP tasked with scaling pricing solutions for AWS customers.

You will operate across Legal and Sales, manage contracting cycles, and contribute to improvements through metrics analysis, shaping AWS's market

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Operate within established frameworks and manage multiple, complex contracting cycles with minimal guidance.
• Maintain high standards and drive deal velocity with sound judgment in ambiguity.
• Own the contract process, coordinating Legal and Sales.
• Identify, track and analyze key metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
• Lead strategic program projects to improve scalability for customers in contracting space.
