Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Specialist to support contract operations across multiple Specialty programs, including Rare Blood and Lemtrada, with responsibilities in Model N price loading, rebate adjudication, and master data management. The role collaborates with Market Access, Legal, and Trade teams to ensure pricing accuracy and contract integrity.

The position supports ASP pricing loads, monthly/quarterly reporting, and payment processing in line with contract terms, with a focus on SOX compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Finance or Business concentration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract setup, amendments, and discount maintenance for Rare Blood, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, and Thyrogen, with support for other segments as needed.
• Calculate and load ASP-based quarterly pricing ensuring compliance and accuracy by analyzing ceiling prices and WAC discounts.
• Communicate quarterly pricing updates to customers and resolve pricing discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and process monthly/quarterly rebate and administrative fee payments in the Revenue Manager (Model N).
• Evaluate rebate payments, pricing tiers, and contract performance using direct sales and chargeback data.
• Conduct data validation and compliance checks for purchase-based agreements, resolving discrepancies with customers or account teams.
