Sanofi is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist for Oncology and GPOs in Morristown, NJ. You will manage contract setup, amendments, and maintenance across Oncology, GPOs, health systems, and Kaiser, and oversee rebate and pricing programs.

Work with Contract Development, Account Teams, Legal, Pricing, Access Strategy, Trade, and Digital to ensure timely execution, accurate pricing updates, and compliance with SOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Policy or Health Care.
• 2+ years of experience in market access in pharma, healthcare or finance.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, market access, or finance with industry dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills for stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analyses and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract setup, amendments, and maintenance for Oncology, GPOs, Health Systems, and Kaiser.
• Execute rebates and payment processing across Oncology and Established Products portfolios.
• Perform trend and variance analysis of payments for contract performance.
• Calculate and load ASP-based quarterly pricing; analyze ceilings and WAC discounts.
• Process monthly/quarterly admin fee payments in Revenue Manager (Model N).
• Data validation and compliance checks for purchase-based agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
• Support SOX compliance projects and related controls.

About the Job

This Senior Specialist is responsible for executing a broad range of customer contracts including Oncology, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Health Systems, Individual Providers, and the Kaiser Staff Model. This role executes performance-based rebate and pricing programs across Sanofi’s Oncology and Established Products portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate contract execution, pricing updates, eligibility, tier management, and rebate adjudication in alignment with contractual terms.

This position conducts trend and variance analysis of payments to generate actionable insights and support contract performance evaluation.

This role works closely with cross-functional partners including Contract Development, Account Teams, Legal, Pricing, Access Strategy, Trade, and Digital, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across contracting processes.

Main responsibilities

• This position is responsible for contract setup, amendments, and maintenance of a broad range of customers including Oncology, GPOs, Health Systems, Individual Providers, and the Kaiser Staff Model.

• Conduct trend and variance analysis of payments to generate actionable insights and support contract performance evaluation.
• Calculate and load ASP-based quarterly pricing ensuring compliance and accuracy by analyzing ceiling prices and WAC discounts.
• Process monthly/quarterly administrative fee payments in the Revenue Manager (Model N) system.
• Conduct data validation and compliance checks for purchase-based agreements, resolving discrepancies with customers or account teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders as needed to ensure alignment or resolve customer issues.
• Support departmental projects and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Business, Finance, Accounting, Policy, or Health Care concentration preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or finance industry (plus).
• Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, market access, and/or finance with an understanding of industry dynamics.

• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to extract insights from data and communicate findings effectively to internal stakeholders.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a clear understanding of the key drivers behind rebate, pricing trends, and variances.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analyses to key stakeholders.

• Strong sense of urgency, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint Experience.

• Model N FLEX and ERP systems such as SAP experience preferred.
