Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Contract Manager, Operation Support, to oversee accurate and timely administration of client contracts, vendor service agreements, and warranties within the Healthcare Technology Management environment. You will maintain CMMS records, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to support renewals, billing accuracy, and fulfillment of customer obligations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain complete, accurate records for client contracts, vendor service agreements, and warranties in the CMMS.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and provide renewal information and documentation to support renewals or amendments.
• Coordinate amendments from data prep through execution, ensuring approvals and billing updates.
• Reconcile contract data across CMMS, CRM, billing, and other systems; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Support renewals, billing accuracy, and fulfillment of customer obligations across departments.
