Job summary

Candidates should have 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience, strong cabling skills, and proficient English communication. Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS or CCNA/Network+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a) including fiber types.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.
• Professional communication in English.
• Own transportation and on-site work availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Familiarity with DCIM and ticketing systems is preferred.
