Job summary

Integreon is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts including NDAs, SOWs, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements. The role emphasizes performing quality checks, meeting SLAs, and delivering high-quality work.

You will draft and review contracts, negotiate terms according to the Playbook, and collaborate with the team while managing your workload.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language, identify risks and propose mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types.
• Negotiate client-preferred terms aligned with Playbook and guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, while managing individual workload.
• Perform QC on drafted/reviewed contracts, as per project instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure timelines are met.
• Deliver work with consistent quality, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
