Job summary

Collabera in Reston, VA is seeking a skilled Contracts Negotiator to draft and negotiate technology agreements, SOWs, NDAs and related documents for a fast-paced legal team.

The role requires 4–7+ years of contract drafting experience, preferably in-house, with a background in government or FED/GHE work; this is a 12-month assignment that may extend.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years drafting and negotiating contracts.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred (not JD).
• Experience with government contracts or tech agreements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate technology agreements, government contracts, SOWs, NDAs, Teaming and other channel agreements.
• Support the RFP team and FED/GHE Sales teams to ensure legally compliant proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate technology agreements and government contracts, including EULAs, Support & Maintenance, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, SOWs, Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Strategic Alliance and other channel agreements.
• Support the RFP team and FED/GHE Sales teams to ensure legally-compliant and accurate proposals are submitted.

Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of contract drafting and negotiations experience or advanced degree (e.g., MBA not JD) and 3-5 years of experience
• In-house legal department experience is strongly preferred
