Tundra Technical Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level MP&P (Chemical/Contamination) Technician (Level 2 or 3) for a six-month contract to support Boeing's Fluids and Spectroscopy Lab Team. The role involves QA testing of fluids and lubricants and calibrating analytical instruments.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and lab experience with XRF, pH meters, titration, GC and GC-MS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry required.
• Laboratory experience operating analytical test equipment (XRF, pH meters, titration, GC/GC-MS).
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Performs QA testing of fluids and lubricants.
• Tests to qualify new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes to meet requirements.
• Maintains laboratory equipment including calibration certification.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment including 5S SOPs.
• Prepares laboratory reagents and standards used to calibrate and verify instrument performance.
• Supports analysis of failed parts to determine root cause and document results.
