Job Title: Contractor – Mental Performance Coach

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Mental Performance Coach to support our growing roster of high-impact founders and executives. As a contract coach, you’ll work 1:1 with clients and lead small-group sessions, helping them access flow states, regulate stress, and cultivate the psychological edge required for leadership at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 mental performance coaching sessions with startup founders and executives
• Facilitate guided visualizations, somatic breathwork, and mindset exercises rooted in neuroscience and performance psychology
• Customize coaching based on client goals, cognitive-behavioral tendencies, and leadership challenges
• Track progress and contribute to high-level performance strategies in collaboration with the Dreamfuel team
• Lead occasional group workshops and support our weekly “mental reset” sessions

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Performance Psychology, Neuroscience, Sport Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 2+ years of experience coaching high-performing individuals (founders, pro athletes, special forces, executives)
• Deep understanding of neuroplasticity, stress physiology, and evidence-based behavior change strategies
• Strong facilitation skills in breathwork, visualization, and somatic awareness
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:

• Background as an executive or in competitive athletics or elite performance environments
• Experience working with startup CEOs or VC-backed founders
• Familiarity with tools like HeartMath, EEG/HRV biofeedback, or nervous system tracking tools

Compensation:

Competitive contractor rates based on experience, with opportunity for long-term collaboration and high-impact client work.
