Work is Monday through Friday, 0600–1700, with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch break; duties emphasize administrative support and compliance within a military medical center environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to create documents, manage records, and prepare reports.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administrative support to the Medical Logistics Department.
• Develop, manage, and maintain tracking systems for service contracts.
• Assist with acquisition package preparation and PWS development.
• Prepare documents for routing and signature by government personnel.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership briefings.
• Present contract status information during official meetings.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and avoid inherently governmental functions.
• Monitor healthcare delivery plans and issues affecting MTF operations.
• Prepare project papers, reports, and medical administrative correspondence.
• Support implementation of MTF initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
