As a Contract Manufacturing Program Manager, you will:

The ideal candidate will have:
Shift Time: 3:00 pm to 12:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of working experience in the Contract Manufacturing or Production planning field.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Must function independently in a multifaceted and fast paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, to resolve time sensitive issues in a dynamic production environment.
• Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving, and project management skills are required to be successful in this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Be solution driven.
• Apply problem solving skills to work through conflict in an effective and professional manner to maintain productive working relationships.
• Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, MRP – Excellent analytical skills and hands-on with excel to analyze data - formulas, pivot tables. Ability to write excels macros is a plus.
• APICS, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing certification is helpful.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as the need arise.

Salary Range: Between $115 - $120K per year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
