Qualifications

• Must complete contract and grant management training and become FCCM within six months.
• At least 5 years of experience managing contracts over $5 million annually.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Preference for FCCM certification and MFMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract and grant documents per state rules and policies.
• Serve as single point of contact with service providers and manage relations.
• Review deliverables, monitor performance and invoice processing.
• Maintain contract files and perform on-site or desk monitoring.
• Coordinate with SAMH experts to negotiate terms and analyze budgets.
