Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a Contract Manager / Site Program Lead in Fort Worth, TX to manage contract operations and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard. The role includes direct government interface via COR, scope control, staffing continuity, QC oversight, and leading meetings to resolve issues.

Qualified candidates typically have 3–5 years of contract/site operations leadership, Tier 1 investigation experience, and CAC eligibility or the ability to obtain a CAC card.

• Tier 1 Investigation background desired.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one required.

Responsibilities

• Daily contract operations in support of the Texas Army National Guard.
• Government interface through COR for contract oversight.
• Scope control and staffing continuity responsibility.
• QC oversight and compliance duties.
• Attend and/or lead program meetings.
• Facilitate issue resolution and contract performance improvements.
