Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Supply / Customer Support Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard.

You will maintain DA Form 1687 files, monitor expirations, and ensure compliant property issue. You’ll handle supply inquiries, provide on-site guidance to Supply Sergeants, and resolve issues via phone and email under AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in related field.
• Working knowledge of Army supply procedures AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1, SOPs/EUMs.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active DA Form 1687s for all supported units.
• Track expiration dates and submit a monthly DA Form 1687 Non-Compliance Report.
• Ensure a valid DA Form 1687 is on file prior to issuing government property.
• Manage all incoming customers with inquiries regarding supply/logistics and technical questions.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and guidance to Supply Sergeants on supply procedures and SOPs.
• Resolve customer issues by providing expert troubleshooting and support across multiple channels (phone/email).
• Schedule CIF calendar appointments.

Position Overview

• The Supply / Customer Support Specialist will support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard.

Essential Job Function

• Delegation of Authority (DA Form 1687) Management: Maintain a current file of active DA Form 1687s for all supported units
• Track expiration dates and submit a monthly DA Form 1687 Non-Compliance Report to the COR and PBO, identifying units with expired, missing, or invalid forms
• Eensure that a valid DA Form 1687 must be on file prior to issuing any government property
• Manage all incoming customers with inquiries regarding supply/logistics and technical questions
• Provide on-site technical assistance and further process guidance to Supply Sergeants on supply procedures, techniques and methods within the state IAW AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-1 and other End User Manuals (EUM+), policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve customer issues by providing expert troubleshooting and comprehensive support across multiple communication channels, including phone and email
• Schedule CIF calendar appointments

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience

• Tier 1 Investigation
• CAC card or ability to obtain one
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift
